The hotel is in great location, close to all of the attractions. The front desk associate Joy was very helpful, she explained everything to me about the hotel amenities and services that they offered to the guest. It was a very nice stay. I will definitely book this hotel again if I come back to New Orleans.

Nice, clean, simple hotel for a 訂房網站 to New Orleans. Great location—just a short walk from the French Quarter. Amenities can get a bit busy, but everything was good overall. Nice bar, pool, and gym. Good value for the price, but be aware of the valet parking—planned to use it but ended up going with a cheaper option nearby after checking the rates.

Locatie waa prima, wel soms veel herrie door looende politie sirenes. Muren waren gehorig zowel buiten als binnen. Informatie over services op de hotelkamer en op televisie was matig, bijvoorbeeld menukaart, balance uitgaven, beddengoed en badlinnen gebruik en verwisselen. Medewerkers waren wisselend klantvriendelijk.

房間不大，説是23年裝修的但地毯已經看起來很髒了。淋浴間很窄一條，淋浴頭是固定在牆上的，無法拿下來。臨近的還有double tree以及Hilton等相距不到幾百米。可選擇的很多。

Perfect location, walking distance to pretty much everything to do in downtown New Orleans. Room was very clean, bathroom was small but understandable. Staff was very friendly and nice even during an influx of check ins. They were still pleasant and nice. Staff and food at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating as well. Valet service was extra but worth it. No issues and staff were very nice. Beverage fridge in the room was stocked full with variety for purchase. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned without having to ask for anything. Overall a great stay. This was my first time staying at this hotel despite being to NOLA way too many times to count. Will definitely add to my rotation of hotels for future stays.
